Spiritually Yoked - Relationaly Disconnected™
When in the courtship phase, many singles tend to
focus on
a person's spiritually, and often overlook
that individual's character traits, when making a decision about dating or marriage. Often times, this leads to disappointment when they realize that they're a complete mismatch
relationally. This is due to each partner's personality differences. There's a huge disconnect in how partner's relate to each other.
The Jacob Research Institute is currently looking for couples and singles to be guests on Seasons 2 and 3 of Rd 2 Romance. Host, Dr. John Jacob, will use his XY Theory model to help couples improve their troubled relationships, and guide singles into finding the right or "suitable" partner. Guests will receive a free XY Theory book to accompany each coaching session. Each program will include topics on relational compatibility and what kind of role hormones, genetics, and science play in our relationships. How personality differences, when misunderstood, can wreak havoc and cause separation instead of bonding, learning how to adapt and effectively solve conflict. Each program will also include questions from our viewers provided via video, which will be answered by Dr. Jacob on the air. Engaged, newlyweds or married couples who want to learn how to continue improving their relationship or couples who may be having relationship issues in communication, intimacy (affection), adaptability or interactivity (how well couples resolve conflict). Pre-engaged couples who want to learn how to resolve incompatibility issues now before they marry. Singles who are ready for a relationship, but can't seem to find the right partner.
PRIVACY
Guests are not required to reveal any private information about their previous or current relationship. Basic information will only be disclosed in reference to communication, intimacy, adaptability, and interactivity. The purpose of participation is for each guest to learn about their personality type and to improve how they interact with their partner to increase bonding and happiness in the relationship. Singles will be able to identify what went wrong in their previous relationships, based on their personality type, and learn how to date smarter and choose the right partner in the future.
REQUIREMENTS
Each prospective candidate will be required to take the XY Personality Test before the interview process. Please note that the test results and any pertinent relational incompatibilities will be discussed on the air.
HOW TO APPLY

INTERVIEWS
Once all applications have been reviewed, qualifying candidates will be contacted for an interview with Dr. Jacob.

All programs are being taped at 3ABN's headquarters in Thompsonville, IL.
COST
Guests are responsible for their airfare and ground transportation. 3ABN will provide hotel accommodations. JRI will provide meals for all guests.
